Bob Russo, Soil Scientist at CLA Engineers, will present his environmental seminar, MS4 Stormwater Discharges from Municipal Sources. How to resolve polluted stormwater runoff into local water bodies, on Wednesday, February 23 at 6:00 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
