Current Residence :

Oakdale, CT

Degree/Certificate:

Human Services, A.S.

Year of Graduation:

2020

I wanted to earn my degree because:

This is my true passion in life, I want to make a difference in someone's life, even if it is the smallest difference. As well as making my parents proud, this is exactly what they would want for me.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My family, friends and my boyfriend.

I’d like to give a shout out to:

Jasmine Avci for always having my back, and being my sounding board when I needed it.

What I like best about my degree program and what it means to me is:

Being able to follow my dream of helping those who need it the most, at the most important times in their lives.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at Three Rivers Community College was:

The friends that I made at my time here at Three Rivers, as well as the early morning library session.

Clubs, volunteer work, organizations that I participated in while at Three Rivers included:

Reliance Health, in Norwich CT.

I plan to use my degree to:

Change the thinking of people, create happiness within their lives.

Now that I have completed college, I’m most looking forward to:

Starting my career, and continuing my education as I work towards my BSW.

What I’ll miss most about Three Rivers is:

Finding myself within the small community that was built for the students here.
