Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, A.S.Year of Graduation:
2023I wanted to earn my degree because:
I will be able to begin the Diagnostic Sonography Program using this degree.
While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:
My Grandmother, Alice-Mae Coutu; my parents, Gary and Sue Lussier; my siblings, Brook and Brian; my sister-in-law, Tonya; my nieces, Kaylee, Khloe, and Kalie-Anna; and my nephew, Keegan.
I’d like to give a shout out to:
My teachers Dawn Surridge, LuAnn Wolff, and Jeannie Skiba.
What I like best about my degree program and what it means to me is:
The medical assisting program is very well organized and moves at a comfortable pace. I really liked my teachers and I will most definitely take their advice into the future of my career. This program meant a lot to me overall because I became very close with my classmates and teachers as well as the staff throughout externship.
What I enjoyed most about my experience at Three Rivers Community College was:
My favorite part of the college experience at Three Rivers Community College was definitely the people. My favorite teachers worked so very hard to create these classes and they did a great job. LuAnn and Dawn both exemplified how much organization and dedication can help you learn. Both of those teachers gave us motivation and also made my classmates and I work our hardest to achieve our goals!
I plan to use my degree to:
Get into the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program at Boise State University.
Now that I have completed college, I’m most looking forward to:
Starting my Bachelor's Degree in Advanced Medical Imaging & Diagnostic Medical Sonography, at Boise State University!
What I’ll miss most about Three Rivers is:
The people! I had great teachers and great classmates. I will definitely miss all of the time spent with them especially during lab and outside of class as well.
