This course is designed for current and aspiring leaders who want to maximize their personal and professional success in their current role as a parent, student, educator, supervisor or manager.
Course Description
Attendees will define and explore their values and belief around strengths based leadership and what it takes to be a successful leader. Students will learn and apply success principles and strategies taught through an experiential process as well as paired activities where they can test their knowledge in real time with their classmates.
This course is delivered via PowerPoint, audio/visual, handouts, and experiential activities.
Please Note: If there is a resurgence of COVID-19, class will be moved online and students will need access to a computer and the internet.
